At our business, we strive to provide the best service possible to all of our customers. We want to make sure that you are fully aware of our policies regarding orders and sales. Please note that all orders and sales are final, and cannot be cancelled once placed. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless there was an issue on our end.
To ensure that your order is processed smoothly, please make sure that your billing zip code matches your shipping zip code. If not, we may be forced to cancel your order due to possible fraud. Additionally, please double-check that you have entered the correct shipping address. If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes before shipping. However, we cannot be held responsible for any orders that are shipped to the wrong address or are unable to be delivered, and we cannot issue refunds for these orders.
If your order is shipped back to us due to an unsuccessful delivery or insufficient address, you will be required to pay a reshipping fee of the same amount as your original purchase. Please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds, and if we do not receive a response from you within 7 days regarding a shipped back order, the items will be put back into our inventory and can no longer be reshipped to you.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email to the provided email. Please remember to track your orders once shipped and check tracking throughout the process for any updates. We are not responsible if you did not track and collect your package when it was delivered. If you have any issues or questions regarding your delivery, please contact USPS customer service and/or file a claim with your provided tracking number. Also, please note that any emails cannot be emailed to iCloud emails, and we recommend using a legitimate valid email address such as a gmail, yahoo, etc. to ensure proper communication of your order and tracking confirmation.
Finally, please be aware that shipping delays may occur, and we cannot reimburse any fees if your order arrives later than expected, as shipping is out of our control once the order has been shipped. Lastly, please understand that we take the protection of our business very seriously. All transactions are verified and authenticated with extra security through your bank. If you claim that the charges were fraudulent and that you did not authorize the transaction, we will take legal action since we have proof of authorization and other evidence.
